Homeowner Liaison - Vacation Palm Springs by Wyndham Vacation Re

Ensures all assigned rental units are maintained in good condition and meet Wyndham standards for rental program participation.

Supports business development efforts by providing assistance and support to Business Development Manager/Representative and/or Property Management in presentation to prospective owners, contracting with new owners and new unit on-boarding process.

Ensures new unit info, pictures, descriptions, etc. are accurately and expeditiously uploaded into Wyndham's property management system.

**Essential Job Functions:**




Completion of all Arrival and Departure Inspections as assigned daily.


Administrative follow up on any items noted during inspections.


Administrative follow up and coding of all purchases made.


Responding and assisting in house Guests with items requested.

**Travel Requirements:**

Local travel to units.

**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:**


**High School diploma or equivalent required**

Job experience (number of years, type/level of previous experience)

+ Minimum one year experience in customer service, preferably in vacation rentals, resort operations or real estate industry. _Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement._

Uses experience and knowledge to complete varied tasks and make decisions in regards to area of expertise.

Works with direct supervisor to set priorities.

Compares and evaluates possible courses of action and has the authority to make an independent choice.

+ Discretion to make decision regarding emergency repairs with no limit on expenses.

+ Discretion on resolving guest complaints. Ability to adjust guest rates up to full refund.

Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction but exercises judgment in determining timeframes and work to be performed.

Using broadly defined criteria, practices and policies, determines methods to obtain results.

Performs a role that is critical to the day to day operations of the company.
